Individual Session | 50 minutes: $225
You are responsible for the full fee at the time of your appointment.
Therapy is an investment in yourself. You are worth the time, energy, and commitment it takes to have the life you want.

I currently do not accept insurance. If you have an insurance plan or flexible spending account such as an FSA or HSA, I can provide you a monthly statement known as a "superbill" to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement, if applicable. Please contact your insurance provider for the terms and conditions of your coverage. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, and the cost of sessions may only be partially covered or not at all.
Please verify your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company before your first session. You are responsible for the full fee at the time of your appointment.
Please note: Using insurance is a personal decision and it’s important to know the benefits and potential drawbacks. A mental health diagnosis will be required by your insurance provider to get reimbursed for your therapy fees. We can discuss the pros and cons of submitting a superbill to your insurance for reimbursement if you need additional information to make this decision.
If you plan to pay for sessions without seeking reimbursement, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate. See the No Surprises Act for more information.

-
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee for the missed session.

No. Currently, I provide therapy exclusively online via a secure, encrypted telehealth platform.
Virtual appointments are convenient and allow you to fit therapy into your busy schedule. Sessions can be accessed anywhere that you have an internet connection, whether it is by computer or a smartphone.

Online therapy can be a good option if you have a busy schedule, live in a remote area, have mobility issues, or prefer the comfort of receiving therapy from your own home.
I use a secure and confidential telehealth platform. You will receive a unique link for each session sent by email and/or text message. You can use a web browser on your desktop, laptop or smartphone. Or you can download an app for mobile devices.

Research has shown that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy. It provides convenience and accessibility for those seeking support. Often, it is a matter of preference as some individuals prefer face-to-face.
However, in-person treatment is better for individuals:
currently experiencing a mental health crisis with a significant risk of self-harm or harm to others
who frequently require safety and stabilization due to mental health emergencies
Your safety and well-being is of the utmost importance to me and in our consultation, we will discuss if online therapy is right for you.

The frequency of therapy is based on an assessment of your individual needs and goals. Most people typically begin with sessions once per week; however, some clients choose to meet on a less frequent basis or may need to meet more often. This decision should be discussed with your therapist to determine what is right for you.
